I had a cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and onions..a few hours later I was throwing up with diarrhea. It lasted the whole night and next day. Missed 2 days of work from food poisoning. Can never eat five guys again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

i was enjoying my dry burger. then i was on my way home. i felt it. it possessed me. i bought a see through bag from the turkish guy across the train station. then it began. it might be the cajun fries. or anything else in it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Burger, sauteed onions, mushrooms, bbq sauce, mayo and fries. 3ish hours later symptoms began. Ended up in the ER around midnight with nonstop stomach cramping and pains. They diagnosed it as food poisoning. I didn't eat dinner bc of sickness so 5 guys was the only thing that could have caused it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
