I had a Greggs sausage roll yesterday morning and last night I started to feel unwell and in the night I was sick twice and got bad diarrhoea which started first about 9pm before sick twice about 1am. I still have bad diarrhoea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Bought steak bake on 19/3/26 at 1107. By 1pm I was vomiting and had diarrhoea. I have currently thrown up 11 times since having the steak bake and I haven't had anything else, so there is no other known cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
