I ate a pepperoni hot pocket with a crispy crust. The 1st had mold, so I threw it away, I tought it was just that 1, so I got a 2nd, I microwaved it correctly and ate it, almost instantly got a stomachache and now I want to vomit it all out. We'll see if I get diahreah later as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a meatball hot pocket at 10am at my lunch break, came down with a stomach ache at 4pm, followed by nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. From start to finish 12 hours of severe illness.
