Had a double double with fries on Sunday June 11, 2023 at approximately 2:15 PM. Started becoming ill approximately five hours later. Four hours After that became dysfunctional and contacted 911 for paramedics to then take me to St. Joseph’s Hospital world was determined I had contracted E. coli  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Double double with ARNOLD PALMER.
Had a double double combo with an Arnold Palmer. Husband & friend also had same burger, different drinks. I am the only one who experienced vomiting & diarrhea in the middle of the night. Lemonade flavor was extremely potent on its return.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
