My wife's clinic had lunch delivered to fort Worth thyroid and diabetes clinic from there.
everyone, at least five other nurses, that ate the chicken salad started puking and vomiting violently for two or three hours within an hour after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea
