Not sure Lunch on 1/9/21-salad Bar- Sunday afternoon I got sick - only place I ate something different was lunch. I was only one who got sick, only one who ate salad bar. About 24 hrs. Till I had symptoms- not sure if it’s them

I received my Chicken Alfredo Pasta via UberEats delivery. It was good as as always but 1.5 to 2 hours after eating I because nausea, sweats, and a feeling something was going to come out of both ends. I went to my bathroom and violently threw up my pasta.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating

My wife's clinic had lunch delivered to fort Worth thyroid and diabetes clinic from there.
