I had a number 13 sandwich and about 6 hours later felt sick to my stomach. Me and my sisters both I had a sandwich and threw up from it. We also have stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps

Panera catered subs on Friday, March 5th.
We ate them for lunch. By Saturday evening, I had severe stomach cramping which turned into being violently ill. I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Woke up Sunday morning with chills and aches.
