After eating a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich  I ate sandwich then fell asleep shortly after I fell asleep I was woken up to extreme stomach pain I ran straight to the bathroom and began throwing up the sandwich and pooping at the same time   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
