I had a sandwich delivered around 9:30 pm. Within 20 minutes I felt nauseous. I woke up at 2:00 Am sick and started vomiting and diarrhea for about 45 minutes. I woke again at 6:00 am and I have been vomiting and diarrhea every 15 to 30… See more

Sandwiches are hit and miss.... can go from really delicious to meh. Yesterday the #2 roast beef really didn't taste very fresh. Both my husband and I had one. Maybe 5 hours later we both became sick: stomach cramping, nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Got #9 Sandwich on 2/23 around 3 pm. Felt nausea within 30 minutes and vomiting within 90 minutes. Also had a McDonalds Mocha Frappe at same time but friend also had one and didnt get sick so must be Jimmy John's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
