Ate a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. A couple hours later I began having diarrhea, then also began vomiting later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On 3/19 around 11 AM I got a turkey and bacon sandwich with mayo, lettuce and cucumbers on a wheat sub. Additionally I got a pickle. Later that day around 7 PM I started feeling unwell. Over the next few hours I had diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
