I ate a jelly filled doughnut at 11 PM from Kroger. I'm experiencing a sharp pain in my stomach and an achy feeling throughout my body. I'm shaking and my head hurts and I feel dizzy. The nausea is causing me to feel like I am constantly going to vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Shaking

Bought sushi from this Kroger for the first time. Ate at 8PM but after I went to bed I had fever during the night diarrhea and a lot of nausea. It is now 230 PM the next day and the sick feeling in my body and diarrhea has not stopped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

purchased the Rotisserie chicken from Kroger and ate it when I arrived home ( I live 5 minutes away). A short while later I had explosive diarrhea. Appears that the chicken was contaminated or undercooked?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I purchased a 4 pack of boneless pork from meat department around 6-7 pm yesterday September 5th. Came home and prepared it for dinner. This morning around 3:30 am my stomach started cramping. By 6:30 I had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
