I ate Kale, Romaine Lettuce & Pre-Washed Packaged Spinach. I have severe dizziness, a severe headache, vomiting, diarrhea, body/muscle aches. Cottage cheese - I ate Simple Truth organic low-fat cottage cheese with several days of diarrhea. This happened with two batches and were within sell by date. It could be due to severe lactose intolerance because I only eat occasional cheese as dairy products.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
