Boyfriend and I went for lunch on 4/20/18. Both had caesar salad with chicken (before we knew about the national recall for

Ate dinner at Longhorns on Friday, April 13. I had chopped steak with mushroom gravy and strawberry salad. Hubby had a house salad and potato soup. An hour or so later I became sick throughout the next morning. Hubby never became sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
