I had a chicken alfredo and shortly after that, I had extreme pain in my abdomen and was sitting on the toilet for awhile at the place. I wasn’t sure if it was the alfredo but I took it home to go and had it again later that night and my stomach was once again in extreme pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had the bread, sausage flatbread, a glass of moscato, the 4 cheese ravioli, and the tiramisu. I think it was the tiramisu if I'm honest. Vomited before I even left the parking lot, and then threw up again off and on through the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had Taylor street ziti & they offer one to go for $6 I been having severe chills & diarrhea & 102.2 fever ever since I ate it. Went to urgent care now going to the hospital for iv medicine please don’t eat there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
