My son got a chicken nugget happy meal with fries a chocolate shake and a plain hamburger with only pickles tonight for dinner (8/15) at around 5pm. The kid has been throwing up for 2 hours now, almost non stop.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Mctasty bacon or mc crispy homestyle honey mustard eaten with fries and sprite. Woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning and had the diarrhea of my life and abdominal pain like removing the intestines without anesthesia.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ate a double hamburger, with no onions and within a half hour or so, my stomach began turning. I was having terrible cramping, nausea, and bile. I had a filet o fish & fries at lunchtime on Saturday 13-08-22. Within an hour I had stomach cramps and within two hours I was vomiting & had diarrhea. I also had a fever. Now 48hrs later I still have stomach discomfort & a mild fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
