Food poisoning, I was at Mellow Mushroom 11/9 from 1:18-2:24 pm. I had the oven baked chicken wings before Pacific Rim pizza. Around 5:30 pm I knew something was wrong. I suddenly became very thirsty minutes before the vomiting started  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Around 12 o clock I Ate the Thai dye pizza and beer cheese pretzels along with a side of marinara used the chili flakes and Parmesan Cheese. Within an hour of consumption I had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Only had lunch last Thursday 5/16/19. Ordered spinach salad with chicken. Six hours later, I starting vomiting along with diarrhea. Vomiting and fever went away after 12 hours of starting. Diarrhea and nausea continue at four days., One person sick, six hours after eating Still sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

My son and I both had chicken last Monday. I have been in the hospital, on several antibiotics due to a swollen colon, am in extreme pain, have had diarrhea, vommitting, body aches, and fever. He is also ill. Wont ever eat there again. Dr. said it is food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Body Ache
