Have a takeaway nearly every weekend or 2 from here. Had one last night (food did not taste nice as it usually does) and oh my god! Woke up at 3am with severe stomach pain & diarrhoea! Have been sick this morning & constant diarrhoea & feeling like absolute rubbish & im never sick!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

We ate on 21/08/19, I had noticed the chicken on the bone was a lot more moist than normal but didn’t think anything of it as eaten here several times before. About an hour after eating I had stomach cramps and nausea which followed with horrendous diarrhea… See more

Went last night for birthday meal are 1/2 chicken peri chips & rice within half an hour of finishing the meal I felt really ill then within 2 hr I started vomiting and with Diarrhoea the symptoms lasted all night and this morning I also feel very weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
