I am not sure what the deal was with this mac and cheese, because I am not lactose intolerant, and I did not add any sort of meats or anything like that that would make sense for food poisoning. - comments: observed the dishwashing area handwashing sink slow draining. Must repair and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirt and debris build up inside the floor drains located in the prep/dish areas. Must clean and maintain.

Only thing I ate today was bbq chicken salad from noodles and co, now my stomach upset and diarrhea.
