I ate at Panda Express on Thursday at 6 o’clock, string bean chicken and a vegetable side. 2 hours later I was vomiting, had diarrhea, bloated stomach, pain and cramping. This happened on 5/10, I was sick all weekend. Starting to feel a little better but my stomach is still sore and bloated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Soreness

My family had the Angus steak with green beans and mushroom chicken for noon on Mother’s Day, 2018. Around 1pm my son and I got a horrible stomach ache, heartburn, nausea, and diaherrea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn

I had chow mein, broccoli beef, and mushroom chicken, part of an egg roll yesterday afternoon. I have not felts well since I woke up today. Then I tried to eat and threw up about 15 minutes later. Not positive it was from Panda Express but the timing is suspect.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
