08/20/2016 I got my usual order (Sierra turkey sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup), about 5-6 hours later I had stomach cramps, I was nauseated, then vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I treated myself to lunch on 8/19/2016. I ordered Bistro French Onion Soup and Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and a Pepsi. A couple hours later I started feeling clammy, chills and intestinal upset. Oh how I wish it I would have not chosen my Panera treat today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills

I had lunch at Panera on 8/16/16, a cashew chicken salad, apple and bottled water. By the time I was leaving work to go home, about 5 hours later, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. I have been off work for the last two days and am still not feeling better. I can't keep any fluids or food down.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
