Ate Panera bread for lunch at work and when I got home around 3pm I was fine after trying to eat dinner at 6pm I couldn’t hold it down and began vomiting clear liquid and have been vomiting clear liquid without being able to hold down even water for 4 hours now and am in pain  | Symptoms: Vomiting
