Monday night about 4 hours after eating at Panera Bread Toasted steak and cheese with pickled onions and horse I haven't vomited in nearly 40 years when I had food poisoning then. There is no doubt in my mind that's what this is. I still don't feel well and it's been five days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
