I ate a fancy cheddar and pickle sandwich at London City Airport on February 23 at 6 am and became violently Ill 12 hours later. Fever, shivering, vomiting every 20 minutes for 9 hours until only bile came out. I bought a tuna toastie yesterday for lunch. Around 4pm I started to feel nauseous. I was unable to have dinner and went to bed early but woke up around 10pm when I first vomited then at 1am again.
