3-cheese nachos with chicken, guac, black beans white rice, corn, red salsa. That evening started experiencing stomach ache, woke up three times in the night to vomit, spent emtire next day rehydrating, no food, got over it quickly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
