It was at 1am on Marchl 31. I had ate the Jr deluxe burger and the number 1 with a cherry coke. I have been pooping none stop and threw up last night. Resulting in blood coming out when I spit. The last time I had pooped it came out black.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate ice cream and chicken
Sandwhich and woke up with severe stomach pains and diarrhea. Ate chicken sandwhich and my friends didn't. They had ice cream too so chicken sanwhich is the cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had the boneless chicken wings and a triple chocolate master blast. Symptoms started around midnight and I ate the food around 8:00pm. Started with a stomach ache and I got really hot. Then I started vomiting and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
