When there for lunch about 1030 pm. ( I work nights)
After work went home 545 am
Woke up at about 11 sick as all get out. The lunch I got from the restaurant was the only thing I eat all night.
My go to hospital as I can't keep water down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the Steak 'n Shake signature burger and now I'm Shit 'n Shake-ing. The burger was delicious but the after math is not worth it. I've gone to the bathroom 8 times so far. Ordered cheeseburger fries strawberry shake for supper on 4/21/17. After eating food became ill approx 3 hours later with vomiting diarrhea chills headache. I ate a cheese burger with fries and drank half of a nutella milkshake, about an hour or so later i started getting horrible pains in my stomach. Every time i went to steak and shake in the past i always got a stomach ache but never this bad
