Half a sub shared with my son earlier with chicken bacon and bbq.only a quarter of it because the meat was awful .2 hours later nausea headache diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Suspected source: This happened a while after eating their sandwich that I get sometimes. This was the first time I got these symptoms after.
