I had the 6" pepperoni and salami sub with peppers, spinach and jalapeños with a side of their chips.
All night i have had severe abdominal pain, bowel pain, nausea and vomiting.
I may need to go to the hospital as i am already chronically ill and this has made things worse!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other

I have not eaten since 6 am this morning. I stopped here bout 8 pm on my way to the hospital to visit papa. Got 2 Turkey Foot long sandwich meals. Turkey. Lettuce. Tomato. Pepper China. (totally out of 90%of everything. not stocked at all)

Monday here. It was the only thing I ate. And I haven't eaten since. I suspect it was e.coli from the spinach, Ok one sec, It absolutely had to be this, it was the only thing I ate I ate at this location, it was near the Marriott.
