Ate there, foot long Italian bmt with pepper jack cheese, pickles/banana peppers/jalapeños/black olives, oil and vinegar. Vomited 4 hours later, diarrhea and vomiting on and off for 16 hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
