We think it was a tuna salad, My husband at a 6 inch subway tuna sandwich about 12:00 noon on Friday, 3/22 and by Friday night (about 10 or 11:00 pm) he was violently ill (diarrhea, vomiting, aches, etc.)  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

I believe it was the lettuce in my subway sandwich, About an hour an ahalf after eating sandwich from subway threw up and then a while after that thew up again on an empty stomach  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea

Roast beef at subway, Wife and I got subs with roast beef, took home to eat, few bites into food we noticed sour taste and smell, took good back and it was replaced with different choice.
