I ordered a ham footlong at Subway. The girl who made my sub was cleaning the oven and did not wash her hands at all before handling the gloves used to make my sub.

I order spinach on my sub too. The next day I got very sick with Nausea vomiting feaver and feeling weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

My daughter ate a 6 inch meatball sub on Italian with mozzarella. Within 2.5 hours of eating, she was violently vomitting and it has not stopped for the last 8 hours. No other symptoms other than severe vomitting and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had a chicken teriyaki on flatbread. Within 4-6 hours I had about 6 rounds of diarrhea, and 4 rounds of extreme vomiting. My friend ate a Tuna flatbread the day before me at the same place, and had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
