I ate at my local Subway for lunch. When I got home at around around 6:30pm I wasn't feeling well. I was nauseous and I threw up 4 times during the night. Whole parts of the sandwich were present. I was not feeling well for the next 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a cold cut combo, with lettuce onions ,black olives, banana peppers, white American cheese,mayo, Italian bread, olive oil,vinegar. After eating half the sandwich I got a real sharp pain in middle of stomach. REALLY painful ETC.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Whent in to get a mega melt for my breakfast. Brought a mega melt. Latter on in the day started to feel all fever ish and acking. Then having to keep running to the toilets.
