On Saturday the 13th of August I had a crunch wrap supreme from here canning vale it only had Nacho Cheese Sauce, crunchy tostada, sour cream, lettuce and tomato, guacamole I had no meat as the had no chicken left that was all I had from there and didn’t eat anything else that day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered and Cheesey bean and rice burrito without the cheese sauce, something in the burrito tasted like vomit. No symptoms I only get two bites in before I was too grossed out to eat any more.

Bought a bean, cheese rice burrito, cheese quesadilla, and nacho cheese. Was vomiting for 6 hours. There was no meat there should have been no issues. Ate around 10pm, woke up sick at 2am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
