Ate here on Thursday, February 4, 2021. I had a medium rare sirloin and fries with a coke. Symptoms began the next morning. Started with lots of gas and foul, sulfuric-smelling burps. Then turned into diarrhea Friday afternoon into Saturday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Burping
