I ate at 5:40pm on the 30/03/16. I ordered a small crispy bacon deluxe meal with an Oreo mcflurry. That night I was feeling extremely sick and woke up the next morning at 5am with a horrible case of gastro. It was the last thing I ate all day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas

February 2014 around 2 pm. Had an Oreo cookie shake and stuffed jalapeños. Upset stomach started a couple of hours later. Then vomitting, diarrhea and dizziness. Couldn't even hold down water. 12 hours later, I passed out and went by ambulance to hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
