After purchasing tuna steaks from we cooked them for dinner on 9/22/19 and ate them around 8:15 pm. By 11:30 I was vomiting all night and morning. I had extreme nausea and stomach pains and was dry heaving after my stomach was empty.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate the pre-made spinach and quinoa salad with carrot dressing for lunch. Later I went to a dinner party. Up all night vomiting. I assume from the salad since nobody else at the dinner party got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I think it was this place, It was just me. I ate the salad around 1pm. At dinner I couldn't eat much because my stomach felt weird. It fell hard and started mild cramps. I went to bed at 3:30am I woke up in severe pain, cramps in my stomach and vomiting multiple times (over 10) until about 4pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
