Took my daughter to Patient First on Feb 26 with severe nausea/vomiting. Only thing she ate day before was Trader Joes prepared Harvest Salad. Doctor gave her intravenous fluids and nausea meds and said it was food poisoining.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
