At the beginning of this year, I used Oat Beverage in my tea and coffee. I had buckling stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I am celiac and while the packaging says gluten free, I don’t think it is.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had the frozen seafood paella there. Had a headache after I ate it - it passed - but at night I couldn’t sleep. I had heart palpitations for an hour until I finally threw up and went to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

I ate their frozen Chicken Chile Verde Burrito with dark and white meat chicken Heated in the microwave about 4 hours ago. Felt bloated and nauseous within an hour of eating it. Still feel nauseous and bloated but a little less after having two diarrhea-like BMs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating

Ate a few bites of curry chicken salad and the frozen lasagna with meat sauce from there, had rapid diarrhea less then 3 hours later. I hope it was the chicken salad and not the lasagna my daughter had also.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
