I ordered the mint chocolate chip smoothie. That night I didnt feel great but I woke up the next day with chills vomiting diarrhea and major stomach cramping I got an upset stomach a couple hours after I had the milkshake but it was really words the next morning  | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain

Sandwiches from there. We ordered sandwiches with different meats but extra mayo, bacon, avocado, and wheat bread was the same. Myself and my brother spent all night with diarrhea and vomiting. I got a road turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo and chipotle mac n cheese from this location. It was the only thing I ate that day that my girlfriend didnt. Approx 2 hours later I had painful diarrhea and I have had it every 30m-1hour for the past 48 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had the chicken corn chowder around 8:30/9pm by 12 midnight i had explosive diarrhea and didn’t stop from 12 midnight till 9am every 20 mins. Chills. Threw up a few times. Couldn’t keep fluids down till 12 noon. Ate a cracker finally at 4pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten a turkey, provolone, spinach, mayo and spicy mustard sub, and got extreme stomach pain, bloating, major nausea and bouts of diarrhea.
