Ate a meatball sub with tomatoes, lettuce, parm cheese, spinach, provolone and sweet peppers. This was Sun evening 2/16. Then all of Monday 2/17 I experienced constant vomiting from morning to evening. I also had aches, chills, and watery diarrhea later in the evening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I went to the WAWA on Miccossukee in Tallahassee for their grand opening week. I had the chicken salad sandwich and within 20 .minutes was experiencing wrenching stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea.
