You can possibly get food poisoning from gas station convenience stores. Diarrhea and nausea are commonly reported symptoms from Wawa food poisoning and E. Coli is a commonly mentioned diagnosis. Many strains of E. coli will cause diarrhea but Shiga toxin-producing E. coli can make you very sick.

My daughter and I ate wawa on Friday 1/12/24. She had meatballs and I had a burger. It is now Tuesday 1/16/24 and I am still throwing up with diarrhea and she can’t keep food down without throwing up.
