I ate a large bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, the only food I'd had that day, and within an hour or two was vomiting and experiencing severe diarrhea. I had been fine eating Cheerios previously, but had just opened a new Family Sized box to pour this bowl.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
