Thursday, September 15, Pub Burger and Fries After hours and hours of aforementioned symptoms, became weak, dizzy, blacked out and hit head on bathroom floor. Taken to Hospital ER next morning for treatment.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Dizziness

Started Tuesday after eating, I ate lunch Tuesday. Roughly an hour after eating I immediately became extremely nauseous and started vomiting. For the next 72 hours I was vomiting nonstop. I lost over 15 pounds in 2 days and had to go to the doctor and get 2 liters of fluids  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
