Ate at 1:45pm July 27th, 2021. I ate the steakhouse brisket burger. Within 6 hours I began to feel extremely nauseous and have had sh*ts roughly ever half hour. Haven’t eaten anything since then. No appetite, no fever. Etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Loss of Appetite, Fever

Ate grilled chicken there, thought part of it tasted a little funny but then I thought it was just the seasoning woke up this AM sick. I have not been near anyone sick.

We were traveling and stopped off the trip to get breakfast. We went there because McDonald's line was around the corner. In and out super quick with the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and 2 for 4 honey biscuit with potatos for the car. Bottom dropped out of my stomach several hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Picked up a salad on the way home yesterday, about 2:00 pm. Ate around 3:00 pm, and a few hours later I was having great stomach distress, and then continual diarrhea for hours. I got a salad from here (only thing I ate that day) then started feeling terrible and once the diarrhea began it didn’t stop. I wound up in the hospital because I couldn’t take the stomach pains and diarrhea anymore.
