So i went to KFC 635 Contra Costa Boulevard Pleasant Hill CA first and got one kfc original breast then went to Noodles & Company 1110 Concord Ave, Concord, CA been there many times and i order the same thing but on 3-23-18 930pm they gave me pesto avatappi and i order buttered noodles and did not check to see if they gave me buttered noodles like i always do got home open the food mix the kfc original breast with the pesto cavatappi from Noodles & Company and took 3 bites and it was bad food.
So i got food poisoning 3-24 pm from it with two virus and very severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. and no food/water because passed out and could not call 911 untill 3-26 5pm and medics said i was in AFIB 195. in the hospital for two days but still had diarrhea
untill 4-10-18. before i got sick my weight was 222 3-23-18 8am and 3-26-18 it was 208 then on 4-4-18 it was 205. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
