10/14/2019 At around 1:00 PM. Chicken Fajita Burrito. Tasted fine, felt fine until evening. Then started to feel nauseous. Around 9:30 PM had terrible diarrhea. Then vomited about an hour later. More diarrhea and vomited again about midnight. Then diarrhea and no appetite for next 2 days.…

晚上肚子疼.第二天水样腹泻和恶心。想吐但没想吐。我吃了刚从烤架上掉下来的鸡肉。碗里没有其他肉。那是我过去两天唯一吃的东西。

I had a bowl of brown rice, Barbacoa, lettuce and cheese on Monday 1/16 around 1:30pm. I skipped breakfast and it was the only thing I ate that day. Sick for 48 hours and had to call in sick for work.
