I ate at Panera around 6 pm last night and I had their BBQ Mac and Cheese and their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. My friend tried some of my food too and the next morning we both had the same symptoms of severe abdominal pain and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

had dinner at BJ’s Brewhouse large family gathering 20+ around 6:30-7:30 pm 8/18/18 my wife woke up approx 1 am vomiting, diarrhea and severe nausea. She had their Santa Fe Salad as far as I know she is the only one sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate the Nacho box, wife had 3 crunchy taco supreme. I got Pepsi she had Dr. Pepper. So either 30 minutes we where both headed to the bathroom. Also we had hot sauce on it mild and hot.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Nausea, diarrhoea, shivering and high fever of 39 degrees started 4 - 6 hours after eating. I had a Texas bbq pizza with meatballs instead of bacon rashers, and chicken kickers side dish. Ordered Friday 17th August around 7pm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我昨天 2018 年 8 月 16 日晚上 7 点在塔可钟吃了。我早上 5 点醒来时扔了生菜、豆子和鸡肉。那些食物应该已经被消化了然后我开始腹泻了。我去医院被诊断出患有肠胃炎。我想为此做点什么我在医院里整天都很悲惨。正因为如此，我的胃部疼得太多了。
