12/26/17- ate the grilled cheese and fries around 1pm and instantly nauseous, took a rest then I threw up once at 6pm then still nauseous and couldn’t sleep that night and couldn’t eat til way after New Years... no problems before that and then I went back and felt sick again.. just dont go  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

每天工作15小时，唯一开放的就是麦当劳。午夜左右订购了双四分之一磅奶酪餐。

07:00 开始发烧和呕吐。几乎整天都因发冷和骨痛而睡觉。因此损失了一天的工资。

已经有两年没吃麦当劳了，现在我明白了为什么我不会再吃麦当劳了。地方是犯罪的imo.

had a spicy chicken wrap and waited an hour and a half before eating the junior bacon cheeseburger, it was dark so I couldn't see the burger. within an hour I was feeling like I was going to vomit, then continued to vomit through out the night. and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

有了英式松饼香肠腰带，大约一个小时之内我就感觉非常恶心和胃痉挛。在那之前我没吃过其他任何东西，感觉还不错。我在工作中把它强硬了几个小时然后回家了，立刻再也无法忍受了。我不停地呕吐了大约一个小时，然后整夜都在继续。试着吃鸡肉面条汤，它的味道让我感到恶心。我不得不起飞两天，因为我什么都吃不了，即使是食物的味道也让我恶心并继续让我呕吐。
