我们吃了炸鱼和薯条。第一个订单严重煮得过头，几乎是黑色的；所有的鱼似乎都是这样从厨房里出来的。我把我的发回去了；替代品没有煮熟而且是生的。我猜做饭的人认为只要看起来煮熟就足够了。工作人员因为抱怨而生我们的气，甚至还有气向我们收费

June 22, 2018. Ordered the Shepard's Pie and ate most of it. Once at home we fed the leftover portion to the dog. I started feeling nausea and abdominal pain a few hours later and then vomited heavily. A couple of hours after the dog vomited all of the food up as well,  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I'm only making a complaint because I would hate for anyone else to be out of work for a day. I hope by making this complaint someone at Mcdonalds will take into consideration that during this hot summer season the meat should be properly stored and checked for salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我姐姐去诊所散步，医生说那是食物中毒。
从供应商那里买了一个鸡肉锅派。不列颠哥伦比亚省第二天我和姐姐都因食物中毒而联系了农贸市场。按照建议在 350 点煮了一个半小时之后... 我需要再煮 40 分钟才能变热。即使经过两个小时零十分钟的加热，仍然有霜冻的边缘。这张照片是在煮熟之后拍摄的。
里面是纯糊状的，味道像土豆泥的稠度。我姐姐因胃痛和出汗严重而生病致命，腹泻呕吐，我得了腹泻。我联系了农贸市场，他们说供应商已经营业了 17 年，没有任何投诉。他们说，供应商已经出售甚至吃掉了同一批次的馅饼。他声称这是预煮的。然后他们问我是摄氏还是华氏温度。感觉好像他们在试图找我有过错而不是调查它。

Hot bar lunch: bbq and Hawaiian chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, rice. Next morning felt nauseous. By 11am couldn’t even keep water down and had a bad fever and was bedridden. Next day and fever has finally broke, will try drinking water today.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
