Ordered Skinny Carnivore pizza. Had it before & it’s good. This one was horrible: spicy like extra hot wings. Inedible. We were nauseous the next day, no appetite. Cramping started in the evening. We were sick all night & the next day with diarrhea, cramping, vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a poke bowl with tuna and salmon. I am not sure if it was the fish itself or the toppings in the poke bowl. It could have been the mushrooms. I threw up 8 times starting about 5 hours after eating the food.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我有一秒钟带鸡蛋的香肠 McMuffin 没有鸡蛋两个 hashbrowns 一个松饼和一杯咖啡作为早餐。大约两个小时后，我不得不因胃痛而离开工作岗位。很多呕吐和腹泻。剩下的时间都在候诊室里看医生，然后进行血液和粪便的实验室测试。不是美好的一天。
