Beef burger and fries from A&W at 12 pm. Tim hortons pastry at 1 pm. Onset was about 2.5 - 3.5 hours. Symptoms are abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, but no diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea

Ordered Skinny Carnivore pizza. Had it before & it’s good. This one was horrible: spicy like extra hot wings. Inedible. We were nauseous the next day, no appetite. Cramping started in the evening. I ate a poke bowl with tuna and salmon. I am not sure if it was the fish itself or the toppings in the poke bowl. It could have been the mushrooms. I threw up 8 times starting about 5 hours after eating the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On Monday November 19th, I got a cobb salad from Perkins. I woke up the next morning with watery diarrhea that lasted two days, a terrible pounding headache, fever, and body-aches.
